Bet-at-home review

Bet-at-home is one of the biggest Sportsbooks in German-speaking countries with 5 million registered users and steadily growing in the UK and Scandinavia. Like most things German, they run a well-oiled and efficient Sportsbook. They started operating in 1999 in Austria as a small bookmaker and have grown into an international brand with offices all over the world and sponsor many European and German Sports clubs. Bet-at-home is a safe and secure site that we recommend having an account with.

Other Offers

Most of Bet-at-home’s promotions are competition based – they reward loyal customers and it’s worth looking at their website to see how they all work. Their current promotions are:

  • 0-0 cashback on some Italian matches
  • Winner of the day (we like this – the prize goes up by €50 everyday that there is no winner)
  • Send Me 60
  • Betmaster Cup
  • Who can hold out the longest

Odds and Markets

We had a deep look through bet-at-home’s odds and even secretly tested their betting limits too and we were impressed with the results. They are not shy to take a decent sized bet even on less prestigious leagues and they were not quick to limit accounts after a few winning bets. When it comes to odds, we found them slightly on the low side and they don’t round up their odds (very continental) they do however have a great selection of markets to bet on.

We liked some of the specials that they had compiled, nothing extraordinary but kept us interested.

Live Betting

Bet-at-home's live betting page
Seems like they use a Betradar feed for their live odds, looks a little cluttered.

Bet-at-home have a great selection of live games offered and plenty of markets per game. We like their left hand navigation bar although in the main section having so much information looks a little cluttered. Placing a bet is easy though and the dynamic betslip means that if you are scrolling down the page your bet is always near you. They also offer different screen views on desktop (classic/multi/combi) and they are worth exploring.
We like Bet-at-home’s widgets and Live Match tracker which almost makes up for the lack of streaming.

Withdrawal Methods Include: Visa, Bank Transfer, Skrill, Diners Club, Mastercard

Other Features and Facts

We thought that we would give their Customer Support a quick check and dialed their on site number – we were greeted by a German speaking lady who passed us on to English Language support and the level of support we received was excellent. They have plenty of links on the site to direct you to email support and then a link for live chat too.

Bet-at-home also offer customers casino, live casino, games, poker and virtual betting.
